Will these make the car bouce on stock shocks? Do these require a shock upgrade?

From what I have been reading all springs do not NEED new struts / shocks, but over time they are definaitly recommended.. I was going to use them with stock struts / shocks...

Do you have any idea how much they lower the car in the rear? I have M7s in the rear and I think they are a little too low with the tires I have (215/45/17).

Edit: I want to qualify my statement so that nobody thinks I am bashing the M7 springs. The M7s are excellent springs but they are too low for my wheel and tire application because I have 8" wide wheels with a 42 offset so they are rubbing on the very edge. Normal wheels and tires should be OK - the M7s worked very well with my Ro_Ja wheels and 205/45s.

M7's lower the car all around by 1.3'' inches, while Altas only lowers the car by .95'' inches in the front and .75'' inches in the rear..

Update:

These springs also do fit 05 Models.

P.S.
I will pay half of the shipping on the springs if you purchase them.
