Just wanted to let all the Mini clubs know that we will welcome Club booths. If your club wants to bring a tent we will provide space for you to set it up and you are welcome to put up your banner. This way you have a spot to gather, share information, post notes, plan side trips, and hang out.

 

Where is everyone? Noon posting? Anyone coming? HELLOOOOOO...


I do have a real question though, I am trying to plan my flight home (not driving from Texas to San Francisco, wife said no), so how long should the Sunday drive take?

The early morning drive "Steve McQueen" Memorial Drive should end before noon. There are two other runs to Santa Cruz will end about 4PM.

Looks as though I will driving a fake MINI . I'll be renting a non-mini. I waited too long to rent and th only cars available at City are out of my price range for this trip. Just can['t send $135+ tax a day when I can rent a prius for half that. It's all my fault, so I will stay at the back of any drives so I won't break the continuity.

Hey there ~ I'm leaving out Tuesday, Sept 2, early evening (Hopefully by 6 pm or earlier) from Flint, Michigan. Just planning to make it south of Chicago that night... is anyone else leaving from these areas? I feel so alone... no-one else from my club is going... we'll be the only two at our club's table in the big white tent

Anyhow, just wondering if someone else is in the same MINI-boat and looking for some company on the long haul out to SF.

 

Im leaving Wednesday night from PDX and am gonna be staying in Tracy before the big event!
