I'll go with the obvious guess that it's oil. What do I win?

I had the oil changed 3000 miles ago( 23k on it now). Is there any history of oil leaks on the F56 JCWs at this mileage?

Without pictures, it’s pretty hard to diagnose… Maybe when you had the oil changed, the technician made a mess and it’s dripping down? I suggest getting the car up on some ramps and poke around underneath.

Yep on the early F56 models the oil filter housing leaks near the block to the housing. Old 2014-2019 https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...diag-help.html

But they updated the design for 2020+ maybe its having issues. https://www.ecstuning.com/Search/Sit...h/11428580412/

Thanks, it looks like the drops on the floor are coming from the area around the filter. I just had the oil changed about 3 weeks ago at the dealer. I have an appointment Tuesday at the dealer. First miscue in 23,000 miles. Hopefully it's a simple fix.

Update

Seven days later and no oil on the floor and after a 50 mile drive I checked the oil level and it's full. I guess it took about 3000+ miles for the spilleage from the oil change to finally leak to the floor. The drop on the floor was right under the little service door under the car.I am back to feeling pretty happy with my car.👍🏻
