I had a 2006 R53 Checkmate Edition years ago. It was by far my all time favorite car. I'm going to order a 2019 F56 JCW hopefully in May. I want leather seats but do not want Dinamica leather/cloth. I am leaning towards cross punch leather black or lounge leather carbon black. I was wondering who has non-sport seats in their JCWs, your thoughts, if there're any regrets, and if you could post pics. Thanks for your time.
Cross punch leather black came with my car (used) and am happy to have them. Not sure I'd spend extra for anything but leatherette if I was buying new. Call me cheap.
The standard JCW seats have integrated headrest, extra style/badging, and I think more aggressive bolsters. I ordered the standard cloth seats which I find very attractive, comfortable, and durable. I didn’t really care for the dinamica/leather but wanted to keep that special JCW perk. I wouldn’t need or want leather so happy with my choice.
I did a ton of research on seats when ordering my 2015 JCW. Unfortunately nothing was at the dealer to see in person back in those days. So, I ordered the vinyl sport seats like in the MCS I test drove. I knew they would wear well and clean easy.
But, then I got to thinking, it’s a JCW so why not get the special JCW sport seats! I liked the cloth but wasn’t crazy about the look, so I went with the Dinamica/Suede and I absolutely love them. You stay planted with cloth or alcantra style seats over vinyl or leather imo.
If I hadn’t gone with what I changed my order for (Dinamica) I probably would have gone with the punch black leather as I really like the look, but those aren’t the JCW sport seat design, although very nice!
I find unacceptable that the jcw Alcantara seats don’t come standard with... a JCW!
It is not a pack, in my mind... when you buy a Renault RS you have the seats!
Anyway, it is what it is !
The cloth JCW sport seats are standard on the JCW at no extra cost....they are very nice imo. I just preferred the red lined suede look....but a bit pricey just like the other leathers.

All the seat options are the same price for the 2019 models now if you don't opt for the standard cloth JCW seats. ZUU Signature Upholstery Package is a $2000 option and allows you to choose any seat, any color line and any interior surface. There is a $500 upcharge for TYE1 MINI Yours Leather Lounge Carbon Black though.
I had the cloth JCW sats and loved them. Had to replace them with different seats after installing roll bar though. Couldn't move the stock seats back far enough to drive comfortably. Replaced with other cloth seats with thinner seat backs.
I went with the Satellite Grey leather in my F54. I really like the "refined" look of the two-tone dash and this was the only option available to allow that. No regrets; the engine, exhaust, and exterior are sporty - the inside is refined and classy.
Admittedly, the light leather gets a little dingy (not really that bad) from normal wear of getting in and out. I simply keep a container of ArmorAll wipes in my car and give it a once over every few weeks (it's usually just the driver's seat that needs attention).
