They'll give you discounts on all parts as well, not just accessories and wheels.

Their new website is really different, a little harder to find things and they have no specials yet.

Since we are talking about dealers I would like to acknowledge MINI MANHATTAN especially Chris L. who is a super nice and informed MA who will steer you in the right direction and he comes free of any of the usual car dealer sleeze. He's from maine and is the salt of the earth kind of guy.

Btw, before you go all the way to morristown I advise you to get a screen shot of the item you want with the posted price because when you get there they will (pretend) not to know the sale prices listed on their own website. Weird I know, but kind of typical. Stuff like this turns me off bigtime.

If you buy wheels from them, they will order from tire rack if you want and mount the tires for you before shipping back to you. Nice convenience.

There is this really great invention that people seem to be using these days. Its called a telephone.

(877) 246-6128. Ask for the parts dept.

Ordering through them has become more of a pain. I think they sold the dealership to a new owner. They also make you fax in a credit card authorization form now.

last time i bought from them (which was a while ago), the price was different (higher) over the phone. whatever discount we (maybe used to) enjoy are for online/internet orders only

sounds like they're no longer the go-to place for factory parts. guess i'll switch to pelican

Ah my apologies. I just assumed that their pricing was consistent - especially since their website is not there anymore.

Ignore snarky comment and proceed with your day.

oh no worries

it is strange that some (or maybe many) dealers have separate internet and phone/in-person parts departments. i remember the internet guy at morristown was friendly to us but the phone guy charged me list price even when i mentioned NAM. doesn't make any sense...

Ask for Will, the parts manager...stand up guy, he will take care of you if you call in before you come in and will agree on the online price.
