Just curious what people think of these new MOMO products. Personally I think they would look great on the MINI. They are beautful but a bit spendy - 288 for the wheel, and about 100 bucks for each of the ***** and hand brake. They also have this new ****/boot combo that is all in one that looks pretty interesting.

I put a Momo carbon fiber shift handle on my MCS to get rid of the stock one. It is a big improvement!

Just my opinion, but those ***** look more like microphones and that "all in one" looks like it's wearing a "jimmie".

The steering wheel looks sharp.

That shift/boot combo looks just like the back of a cobra snake in threat position. Can't say I like it. The wheel looks good, but it wouldn't replace the all-important MFSW. Either shift **** looks good, but I'd only replace mine w/ all leather if I was going to get a new one. Too hot or too cold otherwise.

I'm wondering if the shift **** has those holes to allow air flow so it maybe stays cooler? Just a guess....either way I love them all...not sure which **** would look better...i like the all aluminum one but the part leather one would match the wheel and brake handle better.

I love the look of MOMO *****,steering wheels, rims etc. I've wanted a MOMO **** for a while now but some people said that theirs sat too high and felt awkward. I need to sit in a mini with a MOMO **** and feel how high it actually is before I pay $80-$100 for a ****.

Let me know when you are going to the next meet. I'll bring the MOMO **** I bought at Monster Mini (bear run, 'member?) It does sit high. It would work if you had a short shifter. 'shoulda said something @ socal euros, I had the **** with me.

That steering wheel is really nice. I am not totally keen on either shift ****, but I like the hand brake.

I got a momo shifter for my MCS but I choose one that was lower profile so it did not ride as high.
Mine is chrome and Carbon fiber similar to this picture (which is aluminum/CF).

hey, i just noticed that you have MB Quart speakers. I love those speakers. Would you please tell me which model you are playing and how you have them set up. amps, crossovers etc. I am trying to decide on the Harmon Kardon system for the 03 s i have just ordered. i generally don't like factory sound but am not sure what is possible in the mini given the size of the boot (i would rather not add a sub).
thanks, manooundefined

I've purchased a MOMO steering wheel for my "to be sold" Civic and it was great but I wouldn't consider changing my MINI steering wheel. The shift **** looks great and so does the handbrake.
