HELP! I need info on how to remove the dash piece on the airbag

Ok so im removing my dash and have gotten all the parts off except 1 and that is the piece on the passenger side (the airbag piece) I really have no idea how to get it off. It seams like there is two straps connected to it. I have no clue what to do? Please help.
Thanksss,
John

run the car into the nearest wall about 35 mph. That piece of dash will open rightup

Seriously be careful around there, there's an airbag in there. And sorry I have no idea how to safely do that.

Pull up/out from the bottom of the air bag panel, and let it lay there. I'm assuming you have the dash pad off, you should see a metal bar with a 90 degree bend on one side. Remove the two bolts holding this bar to the dash, and you should be able to slide the straps off of it that are connected to the air bag panel.
