Looking for Corbeau FX1 or Forza II Seats.

Hello Gents. Im shopping/Looking around for some Corbeau FX1 or the Forza II seats.(which do you think/feel is better?) Do any of you know who may be selling them below list price? EVERY shop I have found and checked into wants list price and they all offer free shipping. If this is the case, then who offers the best customer service, fast shipping since I may not be able to get a break on the price.
Thanks....

I had purchased Corbeau seats for a BMW from Clark at http://www.apexperformance.net/ His prices are usually the best and he is open to group purchases.

Thanks for the link. I checked his site out and he allso wants list price on his seats. Like all others, he 2 also has the free shipping. Im starting to think that nobody offeres the seats below list price. I guess the only way to get the seats at a lower price is to have a group buy. I'll just keep looking to see if something comes up. I was a little surprised to see that the seat brackets also go for list price, no deal there either.

I got my Forza from

http://www.soloracer.com/mini.html

They told me that the seats were sent directly from the factory.

I thing they are OK seats for the price but it is WAY TOO WIDE! I am 32 inch waist and I do wish it is tighter around my hip and waist. Isn't Forza II even wider?

The Forza II will fit up to a 44" waist. I have a 38, so I thought I should get the wider seat. Not sure if they would be 2 big or not.

are those 'corbeau' seats good?
I've been looking for a new seat since my leathrette's back got all messed up from snowboards.. the price seems reasonable compare to sparcos, bride, etc..

The Corbeau brand is a great product. I have had the CR-1 model for over 4-years now and looks like new.

Originally I was thinking of purchasing the Momo, Recaro or Sparco (name brands) but after back-to-back comparison in the show room, being able to sit in all four seats, there was a noticeable difference in the comfort of the Corbeau, and it is a few hundred less in price!

I am 5’ 8” and weight 180 lbs.

I had a pair of Forzas in another car for awhile, and they were a snug fit for me at 6'1" and 245 lbs with a 40" waist. When I lost 30 lbs a couple of years ago and got down to a 36/38" waist, they were a perfect fit. You should try and sit in the Forza and Forza II to see which one fits you best. It sounds like you could go either way.

I would recommend for you to try the Forza too. The whole point of getting a racing seat is to get your *** nailed on your car I am sure they are designed for around 36 waist. If your waist is less than 35 look elsewhere. I am going with Sparco Evo next time.

I like those blue Forza's in microsuede. I have a custom leather upholstered Sparco that came with my car. The fit is real nice but it is a fixed back so doesnt recline, and the worst part is that it doesnt match my interior at all. Why would the previous owner have it custom upholstered and not match, I don't know. Anyways, I am looking for blue less expensive but nice seats, and the blue Forza's look like the best match yet.
