I'm second on the list to DEMAND that Tuls give us all a fast answer, awesome PDF writeup with pictures, and list his phone number so that we can call him when we have questions

Seriously though I would like Tuls to give us a little more information than just baiting us with snazzy picutures.

Im in the middle of trying this, picked up a halogen headlight and have just pulled it to bits, piece of cake to get the lens off, might have an idea how to remove the lens with out heating it up but Im still working on that...

Remove all excess glue from around the 3 clips, then cut through the glue between the outer casing and lens, then put in a pre heated oven at 185 degrees C for 4 minutes, the wearing gloves pry the 3 clips and pull, the lens should now come apart, whilst the glue is warm remove as much as you can from the lens and the groove in the light back, you can use white spirit to break down the glue to really clean it up well,

Thought of using white spirit instead of heat to break the glue, but, on looking at the light I doubt this would work. oh and one more thing if you try this and it doesn't work or you damage your lights its at your own risk!
