Lseats dot com... anyone used their upholstery kits?

Looking for an inexpensive upholstery kit for my nephews R53 project and ran across this site.

Looks like they offer a lot of kits for different things... Not expecting much at that price... but for this project.... It doesn't have to be perfect?

Any input is appreciated.

Sounds like an overseas vendor probably trying to do business as a US company. I've run into similar things in the boat business.

Yep, it's really suspect that the website doesn't provide an address which reinforces your thoughts of an overseas vendor.

Whatever kit you decide to go with...find an upholstery shop to install it. I shouldn't be that expensive (mine wasn't) and the results can create a custom seat as far as lumbar support and bolsters go.

I used them in my 89 BMW 325i convertible. Was happy with cost/value. Also allowed me to retrofit heated seats. Fair bit of work, took about a day and a half on a weekend, but worth it.

Oh, and they are a US company, and make their product here. Or at least they did when I used them.
