Was wondering how functional these GP Replicas are with respect to down force though. Right now I am running a MINI Cooper Sport rear spoiler from an 06 MCS Challenge Series car, and at the mild angle of adjustment down force is effective at 75+.

Can these be pre-ordered with more angle to the rear wing ?
I talked to Rich the other day at Orranje. the way I understand it is they are working on making adjustable wing/kit. This will give you the ability to adjust your wing for more or less down force. It sounds like they are just about there with this kit and will be taking preorders soon. Drop him a line! He's real cool with answering all your questions! Plus that way you can find out forsure! They do make a very awesome wing!

Some online places like I think outmotoring are selling them but they're originally from South America. Louis from LEAP sells them. Great to do business with.

Thanks for the update. Has the wing helped in keeping your back window cleaner?

I've been running without the rear wiper for quite a while now. To me it seems to stay cleaner longer but it could be just me... Lol

lol!! Called it as I see it.. btw.. Hawaii is no longer paradise but instead an overpriced and over populated small a$$ island... But it stays a little cleaner longer than it did with the stock one...

Got mine and now deciding whether to paint it red or black. My roof is black and the contrast might be interesting. Anyone seen one done contrasting? The car is red with black top

Okay, time for a revival and didn't want to start a new thread for this Q: Why the hell aren't there any repop aero side skirts available? Need a reproduction bumper, no problem. Fender or hood - yep. Lots of those. Aero side skirts? Crickets. Why?

All of the currently available aftermarket ones look like crap.

Front bumper probably has the most demand as it’s the part that is most likely to sustain damage. Rear aero bumper NLA with no plans to resurrect. Skirt repro would only make sense if it they also reproduced the mounting sills. I believe the front is available because the original mold was still available, although only in the UK version without recess for marker lights...rather odd.

Honestly I think the front is the only piece that makes sense financially to reproduce. Skirts and rear bumper maybe just too much investment to produce another mold (assuming the original is not available) for the actual demand. there’s probably a very large group here that would scoop them right up. But in the UK, the whole kit used is found in abundance. The harder something is to get here, the more we want it, very frustrating.

Then there’s this, giant waste of effort, and plastic. Enjoy.

Yeah, stupid expensive to get that here with VAT tax and all the hassle. You gotta really hunt them down here, I scooped up a set with mounting sills for $100, need just a little repair, but I couldn’t pass on the price.
