None of the pieces are available by themselves yet and it has yet to be determined if they can fit a dash without the trim pieces previously as they look to have a snap in on the back. With modifications they might work.

The whole dash ( black ) which looks to include the piano black pieces is available. But that's it for right now.

#1 with Piano Black trim.

I hope that the 3 trim alone could be fixed to the dashboard with some kind of glue, once available as a stand alone part.

They are coming from overseas, so they will take some time, but are available now.

#8 in the diagram below:

For the front cup holder I believe you are talking about #6 and #7 post 11/2012 vs. 4 and 5 pre 11/2012 which MINI has superseded the old part to #6 and #7. So it look like the old part number are NLA.
