Interior/Exterior Weather Tech fail
Weather Tech fail
I bought the digital fit front floormats for my 09 Clubman direct from the manufacturer for $130.00 delivered for the front two only.
They are supposed to be created with "lasers" and hi tech this, and precision that.
Well, the drivers side mat stops 4 inches behind the gas pedal, so the stuff that is on your foot falls on the floor between the mat and the pedal. (see pics)
I sent an email to customer service and was given the " if you dont like it send it back" answer. Ok so Im out mats that I waited a week for, plus the two weeks it will take to refund the money back to my credit card IF everybody does what they are supposed to.
I ended up keeping them to avoid the aggrivation, but EVERY tinme I get in the car I get a little steamed about it.
SO WATCH OUT!.
Maybe this will help me feel a little better.

Sounds like they screwed up no need to be all butthurt about it. You are returning it and getting your money back. Also get the stock rubber mats they are cheaper are 100% guaranteed to fit.
And since I see their adverts here on this forum, the people that matter in that company may want to know how their customers are treated by their staff, and their products received by the public.
Thats kinda what a forum is for.

Here is my last experience with Weathertech. Yes we had a Fiat 500 Sport for a very short time.

Was thinking of picking these up for my MCS. Guess I'll make the 45 minute drive down to their warehouse since I'm close, just to make sure they fit.

Cant wait to hear about your experience.
Prestige has them at decent prices also. Just picked up a complete set for $80.00.
Not "buthurt", as you implied however it was an FYI for anyone considering their product(s).

On a similar note, I did buy the OEM rubber mats for my Wifes Countryman, and my Convertible, I really like the mats and they fit like a glove!!
Posted up my experience.

I really like my coco mats. Definately a well made product. I got black ones with blue ticking that matches my Laser Blue color great. Just go to www.cocomats.com .

You'll find two different kinds of cocoa mats. The catalog knock-off variety which I've had and the real deal.
Check out the difference.

I just wanted to chime in with my experience for my 2013 clubman S. Long story short, they only had up to2012 which I test fit. the hook eyelets don't match with the floorboard of the 2013. the fitment was about the same as YSR50 and OP experience. I ended up returning the mats but will not be buying the 2013 when it comes out. The liner is the same material and thickness as a plastic trash can. No grip is provided by the material when your shoes are wet, this is bad for people with clutches. I went with OEM all weathers and am happy with the fit and feel
