I got mine from Promini. Service is great and I received it in 2 days! 
The only problem is the instructions are in italian. I was under the assumption that they had a set of their own instructions.
They also told me when I ordered it that I would have to cut about 6 inches off a bracing bar on the bumper to make it fit since this is made for eurospec minis and not the american version.
My mini is not due in the US until the 5th so I can't help you any farther.
