Has anyone ordered Aero kit at Mini Genuine Parts?

The chili red painted whole kit for just $1728 shipped to US.
Has anyone ordered from this website? Are they trustable?
http://www.minigenuineparts.co.uk/
Look like they also take Paypal so I may get protection from Paypal.
Thanks so much in advance!!!

I ordered a bunch of speakers and such from them to retrofit the Harmon Kardon audio option in my 2009 MCS.
Manchester to Tucson in 2 days flat.

Hit up SWorks if you have any questions/concerns. He runs the place.

Just out of curiosity, why wouldn't you just get this at a local dealer? I believe most dealers in the states advertise them as ~$2000+tax installed.

X2... that's where I got my JCW seats from.

Back to the original post. What aero kit are you ordering? The factory aero or JCW aero?

Though I got my bodyshop discount, I just (within 3 weeks) ordered a set of JCW aero kit already painted from the factory for just under 1500 bucks.

Though you may not get a discount, surely you can find it cheaper than a couple of grand by the time you pay shipping and VAT.

Morristown Mini usually has some good prices.

Mark

PS. And if you are looking for the factory painted aero kit, I have a brand new set off a 2010 sitting at my shop. (I am waiting on one member to see if he wants them) but they were taking off with less than 5 miles on the car. They are in pepper white.

Hey Orangecrush, does this discount apply to all bodyshops? I was going to purchase an aerokit and have my buddy, who owns a shop, paint it for me. If this discount is open to any body shop, then I might ask him to order it as well. any info you can provide would be much appreciated. Thanks!

99.9% of all bodyshops will get the customary 20% off list... some better (bigger) shops will even get 25%. In my particular case, I raced with a general manager from a certain dealership and he graciously gave me a better discount.

But regardless, your friend should be able to get it for you at least 20% less than what you can get it for.

Mark

PS. I'm sorry, I should have clarified. The price that was just under 1500 bucks was just a bodyshop discount, my friend that hooked me up, well, I still saved almost an add'l 200 bucks from that when I bought the kit for my personal car.

I'll be interested in aero options for the 11 mcs (in my case, clubman s). So far, just about zero, plus or minus zero. But it's early yet.

Hi Mark,
Under $1500 with body shop discount from your local dealer?
Wow, that is great to hear!
Let me see if I can get connection with some local body shop so they can order for me.
Thanks,
-Mike
