I'm pretty sure they're used in securing a kid's seat.

It looks like you've taken the back seats out. Those appear to be the points that the back seats lock into place when they are in their upright position. Not sure what the other item that you are trying to identify is.

Boot hatch release cable when your power goes out, you can still open it manually? Not sure what other cable it could be.

Seat locking loops, you can also flip them up and give a little more room in the boot while still having the seats in the upright position as well.

Those are to lock your back seats up, if you had any! Looks like they've been removed or it's a GP. The cable is to manually release the back hatch aka boot.

Funny, I don't remember a cable under the seat. I know where the gas door cable is. Where is it?

When I made my rear deck, I pulled the seat belt buckles under the floor and tied them to the wire bails. No rattling from the buckles. I would love to see how the "kit" mounts to compare with what I did. Mine supports a spare tire so I wanted it very well secured.

It's the cable that goes from the rear latch, around the passenger side, under the rear passenger seat, and up to the front middle of the rear seats. My 2009 MCS does not have this; I believe the cable has been eliminated from the more recent models.
