Need help identifying this screw off of R53 JCW Intake

Hey guys, I contacted (3) different MINI parts depts and no one seems able to identify this screw. This is off my 2006 JCW Intake. There should be (4) total but one of them is missing, so I was hoping to get a part number to replace it. The diagram for the intake doesn't show any exact matches. The closest match is this more rounded head screw that is $4 each or this shorter one which has the same nipple shaped head. I'd prefer not to order the wrong part by accident. I removed and photographed one of the existing ones so you can see the size, shape of head and thread pattern. Take a look at the photos below and let me know if you guys have any ideas. Thanks!

So are you saying #13 and #4 is where the screw is missing on yours or you're not sure where it's missing? Look at the real OEM diagram here it has 4 possible screws listed.

Thanks. I know where it's missing; check the photo where I put a yellow circle around where it came from. There looks to be (4) of these that hold that piece in place. I'm missing (1). The photo of the screw in my hand is (1) of the remaining (3) I removed to photograph.

I think #13 and #26 are the same screw from the diagram; they put both numbers next to the same illustration. So, it looks like (4) different screws, but it's actually only (3).

The reason I don't think it's #13 or #4 is where the diagram says they are placed and by the shape of the screws in the illustration, unless they don't always represent the screws accurately in these diagrams. If I order them from you guys and it's not the right one, what's the return policy like?

Here are some more photos of the screw locations based off of a YouTube video. Appreciate the feedback!

The digrams are a pictorial representation not always the exact. If there not the right ones you can return them. If you have the a single screw, can you measure the length and head like " M6x5 " for example and i can try to find a match.
