Wrapped A-Panel, A-Pillar, Dash, Bumper Trim in 3M CF Vinyl

Well I played around with the 3M Di-Noc I got yesterday. I started with my dash last night. It looked amazing, then this afternoon, from the heat, alot curled up and the vinyl's memory reset itself. After learning from my mistakes I tackled the A-panels, followed by the A-Pillars. They turned out perfect! I had big enough scraps from the A-Panels to do the 2 black ovel shaped trim pieces on my R50 bumper. Once I get some more and some 3M 94 primer I am gonna redo the dash again

Wow look great! How did u do the A-Panel? Did you take out the A-Panel and install back?

Me too thinking of wrapping the A-Panel with carbon fiber but I'm not sure if I took out and put it back the A-Panel will hold up, will it fly off while I driving on the highway?

All I did was take off the wheel well trim and pop out the scuttle trim. I used 3M 94 primer around all the edges and made sure to wrap them around and not just cut.

I considered taking it off but decided not to. You can tuck the top good into the gutter. The windshield side I primered well and wrapped around and tucked as far back as I could. And the side next to the door you can tuck into the piece of rubber that runs next to it.

How do you prevent it from "resetting itself" in the heat? Especially around the outer vents.
