Hello,

I am looking for a hood and complete front bumper with all of the trimmings for a 2012 Coupe. I also need the front bumper support. Color doesn't matter as I doubt I would get lucky enough to get Laguna Green. I will pay for shipping, arrange shipping, or will come and pick up depending on location of the parts. Thanks!

 

I have this aero bumper from my 09 JCW. It's in Dark Silver. I don't have the bumper support.

This is a spare that I had. I had a second bumper that was on the car when I sold it.

I'm not sure it fits a '12. You will need to check that out.

I also have a regular S bumper from my 09 JCW Clubbie that you can have for free. Not sure if it fits yours either.

 

well I have a bumper and support off a 13 s. Sounds like you have good offers on bumper already but I have the carrier and mounting brackets for the carrier (number 2 and 5 in the pic). pm me decent offer and ill ship from Tucson.

 

Thank for the info on the bumpers. We just replaced out electrical service to the house here and then had a big storm last night so I just got the power back on and have been checking messages. It took longer than expected as there was some electrical code that required a tree to be trimmed and the feed lines to the house being moved and I had to wait on the city to do the work and right before a Holiday weekend too and with 80 degree weather and no AC. I guess I am spoiled with central air as most people in my area do not have it.

Anyway, I am new to the R56 models and only have some experience with the R53 models so I am still trying to figure out what fits and what doesn't. From what I have seen the S model R56 front bumper will fit a non S model R56 as long as you have the correct bumper support, item 13 above. The fenders and trim pieces are all the same and the mounting is the same on the rad support even though the supports are different due to the intercooler which is the same reason for the differences in the bumper supports.

The car is for my Fiancee and she is not particular on which hood or bumper is used. She mostly cares that it works and the inside of the car is comfy.

The confusing part is if the Clubman parts will fit or not but the bumpers and hoods look the same to me. I am over 300 miles to the nearest dealer which doesn't help either. Anyone know for sure on the Clubman? I don't mind figuring it out and posting the results if someone thinks there is a chance.

 

A big thank you to 67morris for the front bumper. I ordered a new bumper support, black trim, and grill to go with it. I am still looking for a hood though. Greyhound shipping would be the way to ship it as it is easy and pretty cheap to ship that way. I thought I had one this week but the sale fell through as the hood was "gone" when it came time to ship. I though I had another from a dealer but the shipping was crazy expensive as they wouldn't mess with Greyhound. A third one turned out to be for a base model which won't match the grill and bumper I have. Nothing used on eBay will work from what I see right now. I would prefer a used one and repaint it but a new one would work as well. Considering the bumper I have I need a Clubman, Cabrio or an S model hood so that is matches my trim, grill, and bumper. This is the info from the grill trim so a hood from any of these will work for me:

It is the last part I need before I can get this car back on the road. Scratched all up wouldn't bother me as long as it is straight and not dented/bent up. Small dents/dings wouldn't be a problem in most areas of the hood. I would prefer the headlight area be straight as it is thin there and can't be repaired too easily, at least not by me. I need only the hood but if an S I need the scoop as well. I have the trimmings and hinges. The sale that fell through was for $300 so was hoping for something in that price range as well. Probably $400 price range for an S model with scoop depending on condition of course. A Laguna Green one that didn't need painting would be worth more to me but at this point. I am not all that picky so if you have one collecting dust please send me a PM.
