Here's hoping that Santa brought ChubbyChecker a new plastic injection molding machine and material so he can begin making some clear turn signal lenses for our MINI's. Then I can begin to get the egg off the face of Frodo and myself for not order white turn signals to start with!

I'm having some issues with my original mold. I have some new material (harder and more durable) on order to make another mold.
Are you interested in a set? I still haven't been able to make a 100% bubble free set yet, but I think they look pretty good.
I'm trying to keep a list a people who want them. I've been pretty busy at my real job.

I've got you on my list. You wanted clear lenses or smoked?
Yes, you are
Got you down for clear.
If life doesn't keep throwing surprises at me I hope to get the mold done soon.

Coop's journey from orange to clear!
Thought I would go ahead and post some pix of Coop with his complete set of turn signals.
So, Coop started out with the standard clear side repeaters (standard on S) and the ugly orange lenses everywhere else. One of the options I REALLY wanted besides the chrome line interior was the clear turn signals, so I decided to make it happen.
- Removed my front orange turn signals, and bought some silver bulbs for them.
- I purchased stealth bulbs for the side repeaters to give it that 'all clear' look.
- I ordered some clear turn signal tailights from Classic mini for $100 each. (typically 125 but I got a nice NAM discount
)
- I also ordered some stealth bulbs for the new tailights.
So im pretty happy with the new look, and heres some pix of the new look!!

Thanks to everyone on this thread that posted tips and how-tos!
