It is time for a new steering wheel. I am guessing the previous owner like to throttle grip the top of the steering wheel like a motorcycle because all the leather is coming off! Well I want to purchase a new MINI wheel and was wondering about fitment. I have the 2 spoke right now but I was wondering if a 3 spoke from a later model would bolt right up. If anyone has info on this please let me know...

It was for a JCW wheel, which has the same fitment as a standard 3 spoke.

 

and nows the time to buy classic mini is having the 10 percent abouve cost sale on all parts i just bought a factory painted areo front bumper list at 820 for a whopping 400 bucks thats over a 400 doller discount give them a call and ask for jason!!!!!

But you also need a new airbag and MF controls if you have them on your 2 spoke.

 

I do not have an MF controls on my wheel right now. How much does a new airbag run?

 

Click to the link inside the thread I referenced. It says "Most go for well over $350.00". I believe that means eBay prices. New retail may be considerably higher.

Morristown has had it for $375 for a very long time.

However, as noted classic mini is running a 10% above cost sale -- I had PM'ed them about the JCW wheel, they quoted only $325 (plus $15 shipping)!! Great deal -- but if you're not interested, PM me and we can discuss me selling you my OEM 3-spoke multifunction after I order a JCW
