landeau Top

I was thinking of having a landau top fabricated on my car. Anybody ever seen a mini with one? Im thinking a tan color might look good with the car being BRG. Any thoughts?

Where would the back part come down? It's all window on our cars.

I'd like more description of this. I can't visualize a traditional landau top with the fabric coming down the sides (due to the all-glass nature of our car's greenhouse) but am visualizing just a roof in tan material that might look decent. As said before, no matter how you do it, it would be unique.

Nothing would scream 80's luxury louder than a landeau top.

just remember, theres a reason why there are hardly (if any) new cars with the landau tops. they were rust magnets! all the trim has to be riveted on the car making lots of new holes for moisture to gather and do its thing.
plus i think the mini would look better without one just because its a sporty looking car and a landau is for a luxury look. JMO
