Hey everyone! I am glad to see this thread moving! Sadly I have yet to complete this project for my own car...

I have been busy completing school, working, and getting a business off the ground with my father.

I still plan on completing this sometime in the near future, I just do not know when.

Total success!
The inferior metal lip (thinner) was folded and then all the metal edge where the plastic arch is supported was pulled out, getting a wider space, gaining about 1 1/2 inches. Special care with the zone where the holes for the plastic clips are present.
Additionally, after installing the plastic arch, it is open some more degrees, generating a wider plastic arch without a noticeable visual distorisión.

Fender guard was not modified it is supported on the plastic arch.

No more rubbing at all. I am more than happy after two days of hard and precise work.
I'll be uploading photos as I can.

I hope my comments can help anothers using wider wheels with low offset without the need for major changes.
