Interior/Exterior Wide fender flares
Unlike the stock bumpers, the arch corners come molded into the aero kit. So, any wide arches that were made wouldn't line up with the pre-molded corner arch pieces. It would require some custom work
I have been trying a few things myself.
Basically, stock fenders, with lip fully trimmed down to get it past my wheel. Like this the arch sits half way down the tyre.
Then heat gun and bend. I have managed to get a few cm's out of the arch so far and it is very even.
Im just working on it slowly to get it even but will post pictures over the next few days on how it is getting on.

This DOES sound interesting! Never really thought about doing this, but it makes a lot of sense. Does it destroy the "texture" of the arch?
I'd love to see a DIY thread on this!
My problem:
Im only running 18x7.5 wheels at the moment but with et33 offset at the front because of spacers. Im also lowered about 80mm now on coilovers so when i turn the wheel the wheel hits the fender.
Also with 215/35 tyres.
I have a scrap 205/30/18 tyre ready to test on the car to see if it makes a difference but i doubt it will. If it doesnt work im going to put serious stretch on the wheels as well as modifying the arches.
Supplies that I have used so far:
By hand:
Next method- Arch rolling device
I only used the second method for a few mins so was going quite quickly but will work on this one during the week as well.
Um i think that is it, will post pictures when im done. :D

Supplies that I have used so far:
- Heat gun
- Old set of worn arches x3. (Thats 3 sets of front fenders. I go through them about once every few months and im picky about the look of it lol)
- Fender rolling device(will explain this below, i figured it out today)
- Dremel- for cutting the lip away, various attachments used, one for cutting one for sanding it smooth on the inside.
- Specifically cut peice of wood, same size and curve as fender(will also explain below)
By hand:
- Cut lip off fender with dremel. This bit is not hard, just takes a bit of patience.
- Next thing to do after lip is cut off is to get a peice of thin wood and make a template on it using the original arch. SO it is the same curve and length etc BUT ONLY HALF THE HEIGHT. If you think of how the arch has the bend in the middle, make the wood from bottom of fender to that crease
- Attach wood to the arch using whatever you want tool wise, preferably vice grips only not too tight.
- Heat whole arch up with heat gun until it is quite soft and bendy.
- Bend arch using the wood and vice grips so it does the whole arch evenly.
Next method- Arch rolling device
- Same as above, cut lip off arch
- Heat whole arch up so it is soft and flexible
- Use arch rolling tool on it.
I only used the second method for a few mins so was going quite quickly but will work on this one during the week as well.

Hey everyone, I had a very fast summer and was extremely busy. Sadly I have not been on here much and I have not gotten to "do" anything to my Mini in a while other than normal boring maintenance. I have what seems to be the last set of arches in my garage waiting to be installed...
Hopefully sometime in the near future they will find their place on my car

For $300, it sounds like it's just the flare pieces and you'd still need to order the bumpers and sideskirts.
That's a fake kit, so it probably won't fit properly. Zeemax is the true creator of that kit.

Here's the whole kit... don't know anything about quality ($900)
