Interior/Exterior Palo Uber Tuner Lugs; what's up?
Wow....they even pulled the air tools excuse? I guess if you use all of your excuses at once.....the customer might be more willing to believe atleast one of them
PU....do you ever plan to respond to these concerns?

Well its hilarious that they wont take the time to respond in here.
One issue i would like cleared up is this statement:
Grammatically it doesnt make much sense....but the point they are trying to make doesnt make much sense either. The development of rust doesnt point to an issue of quality when it comes to their product? HUH?
And the rest of it is just funny...... aero-grade, formula one spec...blah blah. Lots of big words to divert peoples' eyes from their lack of quality.
So they "answered" the question about this issue......any word on the countless other PU issues such as the fake wheels, bad antennas, un-proven claims of performance?

The issue of rust, in no way is there an issue of quality of the engineered lug.

Hahahaha...I know, I caught that one too. I think what bothers me most about those types of "announcements" are the constant "unlike those OTHER guys...unlike OTHER manufacturing processes".
I've always been turned off by the constant effort to "downgrade" the competition. (i.e. OTHER companies etc...)
When vendors add that type of "hype" in their announcements, it makes me think twice about buying from them.
Just my 2cents

I find that they didn't threaten to sue anyone, or badmouth anyone (other than the implication that machine tightening of the lugs is wrong) a great improvement in their style...... Now, as for the product......

Besides badmouthing all of their competition....including their tuner lug competition

Can't make your product look good on its own merits? Better start making fun of the competition instead
That is an understatement. It is not even actually a sentence.
Not by a long shot! As others noted this thread has probably been the cause of this NAM vendor response:

I was also immediately accused of using air tools. You know the long sordid story that came after from this thread. While they tried to sweet talk me into taking a shot at the latest version of PU lugs that are in transit, I simply said I want a refund and one is supposed to be in process. The air tools excuse is apparently a knee-jerk response and that as much as anything is a problem.

hahah especially if they meet the formula one specifications......imagine pit stops with regular hand tools

15 minutes later and he's ready to pull out from the pit stop vroooooom.
We manufacture our tuner lugs at a grade 10.9 and advertise grade 10.3, which is the required grade for formula one track standards.

Maybe they meant the actual TRACK standards......cause I'm seeing nothing about it in the tech regulations for F1

PS: Maybe you could e-mail them that document for their review....
F1 cars are designed to last exactly long enough to qualify and then finish the race between full strip down an re-build.
About 220 miles
So, maybe they are desgned to F1 standards - they will last 200 miles before they fail ?
