I'm sorry, as VP I gotta say this does not qualify. It does add up to be 15 mods but golly, valve stem caps, painted calipers, License plate trims and stickers just don't cut it. Soon to be's don't work here either. It's either done or not, no wanna be mods please.

 

Not trying to start a firestorm... I can agree with most of this... but painted calipers are a solid aesthetic mod, and a heckuva lot more significant (and more work) than many of the things folks are counting as mods...

 

Yeah, and he has some other pretty significant mods listed, too.

Where's the President when we need him ? Might have to impeach him if he doesn't step up.

 

I agree with gnaster. Valve stem covers should not count. If this continues, than I say up the minimum to 20 or slightly higher so than people can put down:

Artistic scratch in rear bumper
Pressure induced exterior impression in driver door

 

Yeah, okay.... you can list stuff like "valve stem caps" and "actual size sticker". But if you're counting on them, or similar 30-second installs to get you to 15 mods, you don't make the cut, folks.

Agreed on all counts - my point was just that "painted calipers" does not equal "valve caps"... that's all...

Well since I have lost my 04 MC which did have at least 15 mods. I am now starting from scrath and reinstalling them. I realize some of them are very simple but I took from the old to put on the new MINI.

"Off with their heads" might be just a BIT harsh. Now, if they come in here with nothing BUT decals mods, then I would agree. If the decal mods are in addition to 15 substantial mods, then lets just remove their finges so they can't attach any more decals.
