I can't even get the stock screws out from the corners of the bottom of the bumper lol. They are rusty, sprayed them with liquid wrench a couple times. Now the screws are starting to strip. This mod is officially way over budget

Allllright. I finally finished this mod. My first mod on the MINI. After letting the screws sit for a couple days, I was able to get them out. I used no double sided tape at all. Just self tappers and washers. I think it turned out pretty well.

Reviving the Dead! Just stumbled across this, great idea! I know what this weeks project is gonna be!!! Been lookin for front lip ideas.

I applaud your efforts. Nicely done. I had made a screen for my R53 power steering fan from a household sieve that solved my problem. We used to do things like you've done back in the late 50's=early 60's (rat rods) so I know where you're coming from - loved it.

Did the $10 garage door seal lip and it came out amazing. The double stick tape wouldn’t stick to the seal so we just used the provided large washers with self tapping screws. No weird sagging either


painted calipers the other day too
