Ok, so I've read the entire thread, and I haven't seen the exterior combo that I'm thinking of ordering. Please post if you have any pics of this:

BRG/W, bonnet stripes, chrome exterior/mirrors, driving lamps

Thanks!

I'm digging this car just because of the transformers stuff. NICE

I can do BRG, white roof, chrome mirror caps, driving lights. You'll have to imagine the stripes (side views no different though) and the lights aren't the MINI ones - they're Hella 1000 Black Lightnings on brackets from Out Motoring.

I just bought a lightly used 2007 Cooper on Monday, and I couldn't be happier with it! I was originally going to order a Pepper White stripper, but this deal was too good to pass up. I love the BRG / Tuscan leather combo, as well as the way the chrome seems to pop out of the paint. I'll post some pictures soon!

Happy Motoring,
-Sabastian

Congrats! I look forward to the pictures.
The chrome does work well on BRG, doesn't it.

BTW, Oscar is a great name for a MINI.

The rain finally let up for a few minutes here in PA, and I managed to take some pictures. Enjoy! I have to say, the perpetual wetness reminds me of the Mini's homeland...

Nice pics, especially interior. Of course, I might be biased, as I also have the timber/cream/chrome - I baulked at the cost of the leather though, but it looks really good. How do you find the anthracite roof lining? - I couldn't make up my mind for ages on that, and went for the standard lining in the end in case the dark colour closed in the car too much.

I really like the headliner in combination with the lighter color interior. Had I gone with the leatherette or black cloth, the anthracite headliner would have probably left the interior with a "black-hole" vibe. Some people like that, but I prefer some contrast.

I like the Tuscan, but I miss the feel of the older versions where they would contrast it more with black on the seats.

Anybody have pics of BRG with joey mod? I found some black Halogen lights on ebay and was thinking about buying them.

Dear AggieMini44,

Yes, thanks for the review,...Capt'n Jack is still pretty much the way I bought him back in Jan. 09, I'm thinking about stripes to be sure, what do you think, white or black or maybe silver?

Here's Monstah, my BRG 2004 MCS. The side stripes were done by Jeremy Hosegood of Out of Line Design, in Thompson, CT.
Only had the bonnet stripes only before today.

I really like the full stripe packages. like roof bonnet and boot. here is the link to a bunch

Its really up to your style. White is nice, but i am bias. silver is not my fav on BRG. Black looks cool if you black out everything else. Keep us posted on your YOUification!
