R57 Post Pictures of Your R57 Convertible

Is it possible that the "S" scuttles for Europe are different than that of the US? I recall reading on Mini2 that some of the European want the Chrome scuttles available on US spec "S" minis.
In my garage!
I got my BRG R57 tonight. I got it home just before the big rain hit tonight. It was a perfect night to piuck up a convertible. It was 80 degrees and just after rush hour but I still hit the HOV lane with my wife and we had the lane all to ourselves. It is a real beauty! Thanks to everyone on on the site for your info and comments.
Loving it!
Meet Saffron
My wife's new MINI - Saffron. Delivered 6/25. Our first MINI! Woo Hoo...

Getting ready to head home after delivery (took the Blue Highways). Rockin' the semi-Official Open Motoring Head Savers.

Clean & shiny - owner installed mud guards complete.

Since Childhood I dreamed of having a red sports car!
Here's Ours. I noticed Jonjer72 has one like it but with stripes. Still contemplating a future upgrade with color coded aero kit and mirror caps. Most people I talk to though think the car looks good with the black fenders and side skirts. Probably because of the black bullet wheels. It really changes the look of the car. I also like the look of the brushed alloy with red trim. Glad to be part of the R57 owners club and it's our first MINI and first Cabrio :woohoo:

It has finally arrived! Enjoy the pics. I love this car I got it last Thursday and then had to go out of town. Still getting to know each other at this time!

Congrads. Looking good. I like your driving lights with BRG. Do you have any pictures of the JCW CF Boot Handle? I've been considering it,but don't know how it would look with IY.
Congrats, BRGminime!
You picked the right color.
I like the black stripes with silver edges - it ties to the wheels perfectly! Good call.

Those CF accents look HOT on your car!! Wish they made a diffuser for my Clubman!!
The only thing I'm not sure about is the black leather interior. While it looks amazing with that car, my experience from my last car tells me that "black leather + convertible = swamp ***" as my friends called it. Make sure you don't leave your car parked outside with the top down on a sunny day, as you will melt when you get back in the car.
Thanks! We are in the NOVA DC area now. Just got the Notice of Arrival from the shipping company. So the MINI is in port waiting to be picked up. I forgot that today is a holiday and of course, nobody wants to work today. So I have to wait til Monday. But it's all good. AT least she's on dry land again!
i'd posted in 1st gear, but here's my new baby, along with a few extra shots

it fits my giant malamute. wish the rear seat covers would cover the cloth headrests too. slobber has to be cleaned up right after to avoid staining...

That Ray cream cloth/leather looks better and better every time I see it. Great combo with the PW MINI!
