Just picked up my S last saturday. Its BRG with white roof and mirrors.

 

looks just like mine but with stripes and 2 more driving lights.

if you ever take off the middle set of lights let me know, since i'm thinking about adding stripes and have been wondering what it will look like.

Silly newbie! If you want pictures, check these out. These are the OEM stripes I had originally.



And THESE are the FULLY AWESOME new stripes I have! (Also in my gallery.) They're reflective, but look white in the daylight. Front and back.

 

nice....but your R56 is cooler than my R53.

there's actually a nice one just like yours near me. for some reason the stripes on the new MINIs look a little better....i think it's because they're set a little wider and aren't as close to the hood scoop.

Well, that, and the fact that the slope of the hood is definitely different on the R56s. Either way, my OEM stripes on my R53 (my poor sold baby) looked exactly like the old OEM on the R56. i've seen a lot of R53s with custom-made curved stripes which really accentuate the slope of the hood near the scoop. When getting stripes, please ask a lot of folks where to get them - don't go with just one opinion. I've had some serious problems with some of the vendors on NAM, so if you're interested in doing this anytime soon, PM me and I'll give you some more input.

Our R50 "Jeeves" is (of course) BRG/white checkered top & tan leather interior.
