I present to you my British Racing Green with Silver roof & racing stripe!

Any others with this particular combo?

Here are my stripes, Gray or Grey with white. And note the mirror caps.

(And the Ducks have vacated the dashboard)

I like those stripes. I also like the other person taking a picture. Nice touch!

I really can't decide about stripes; I've seen some off-centered ones I like, but with a black roof, I am just not sure how well any would fit in.

i like these ones too (yes they're the same) how they go all the way to the end of the hood, but that's for the regular cooper, and i like the s....
which reminds me, what is overall better, the s or cooper? i can't decide!
can't you make a regular cooper nice with a sport package or something? opinions please!

I use my MINI as a commuter car mostly, and the regular Cooper has more than plenty of power to get the job done. I also get great gas mileage (averaging 39.5). I know that the Cooper S has a ton of power, but the plain ole ordinary Cooper is no slouch.

wow, i am unsure whether to get the white bonnet stripes/roof/mirrors vs. the black. the black looks more sporty, and the white looks like more like a mini. i was unsure about the black because i was afraid the stripes were not going to be visible as much, but your AWESOME looking mini has convinced me black is awesome.
great looking car!

my dream mini is...
BRG/ B with black bonnet stripes

cold weather/premium packages

DSC, auto transmission (can't drive a stick) rear fogs, and 17'' crown spoke

center arm rest, cream color line, piano black dash, comfort access, leather MF wheel

only big problem is that it's too expensive at 28,550, any suggestions to things i don't need that could save me money?
long live BRG!

Are you going for the S? If so I personally would swap the DSC for the LSD. Not sure it saves money, but you'll like it for helping with the torque steer. Armrest seems pricey to me.

Doyle is a good british sounding name. Does it have some meaning for you?

Not significantly...But when you said Stanley then Hitchcock (S & H letters did it I guess), I also thought of Sherlock Homes --> Arthur Conan Doyle. And Doyle sounds classy, so.....!

I like Dougal, Preston, Errol, Pippin, Malcom, and Greeley. -- all names I've seen on NAM. ANd some had some great license plates to go with them. I like the creativity around here.
