I love the looks of everyone's car. As I await for mine to go into production (Feb 06 - MCSc), I live vicariously through all of you. My question to all you purple owners is, how much chrome is too much for the purple MINI? I'm thinking of getting the R99 polished wheels with the full chrome package...is that too much bling?

Hi everyone! I'm planning to order my MCS early next year - in purple, of course!
I'm glad I found NAM and this purple forum because I've never seen a purple MINI in person and was planning to order one sight unseen. Now that I've seen all the pictures, it just confirms how cool the color is!
Now I just need to decide whether to order it locally (I live in the SF Bay Area) or go out of state to avoid the mark-up.

Wino, I love it!! I've finally seen JIMI's Twin. I knew he was out there...somewhere. I don't think they will ever meet, though, since GA is a long way from Hawaii.
