Decisions Decisions

I've recently started my search for a used MCS. So far I drove a supercharged 06 manual and a Turbo 07 automatic. I liked both. In the past I've preferred turbo over supercharger but for the life of me I can't make a decision on which way to go. I like the interior of the 06 better as it looks like an easier job when I decide to upgrade the audio. I also prefer the manual tranny over the auto. The 06 has a few upgrades that I like but also has 43 k miles compared to 15 k miles on the 07. The turbo 07 also seems to have more get up and go even though it's an auto. Can anybody help me with my dilemma? Should I go turbo or S/C. Should I go auto or manual. I have several more cars I'm going to look at before I make a decision but most likely what ever car I decide on will be an 06 or an 07 due to budget limitations. Your feedback and opinions will be greatly appreciated.

Mileage is a big deal - less chance of problems with a lower-mileage vehicle.

keep shopping until. latest year & lowest mileage the better. I personally would only buy a manual. buy what you really want. you're gonna have for a long time.

Yea I'm leaning towards the manual and think I want to stick with turbo. I had an 04 Jetta that I put a big turbo kit on and loved the huge amount of power that I gained. Even though I can barely afford the thought of another car right now I can't help but think about future mods with a big turbo kit being one them.

Get what you want but I vote manual and newest/lowest mileage/best price within your budget. Keep us posted... & good luck!
