Anyone know a vendor that would restitch a OEM steering wheel to my redline boot and e-brake boots?

No, can't say I do. My suggestion would be to find a local auto upholstery shop. See what they can do.

I did mine using wheel skins: http://www.wheelskins.com/

You can request free swatches to make sure of the color.

Alan Gun Leather in Florida does excellant work, I had my Porsche wheel redone by them, they are not quick, but again do great work.

Do you have any before and after shots of their work?

there's a guy on s2ki (the s2000 forum) that does full custom stitching / leather work. He mainly works on s2k's, but i'm sure he would do pieces from other cars on a oneoff basis. I had one of his shift boots, and an ebrake boot - they were works of art.
