Installed the NM Eng torque mounts as well as a Sprint Booster. Like driving a new car. It will take a bit to get used to the SB, but the torque mounts were an immediate like. Added vibration was minuscule while accelerating, but I was used to it within ten minutes. SB is the Shizznit......

Ok, didn't install yet, but just ordered a JCW carbon fiber hood scoop. So excited. Now, if it's above 0 freakin' degrees when it gets here, I'll install it.

Gruss Gott, Germarican. Was installing the NM Eng torque mounts as easy as it seems? I haven't gotten around to installing mine yet. Once you get the front end of the car up, do you have to slightly jack the block up to take pressure off of the bolts?

The only effort is loosening the bolts and then tightening them back to 80 ft. lbs. What helped when installing was putting the larger end back in first.... Let me know how it goes....

New CAI

Received and installed my used AFE intake tube and box. I used my same auto-parts store filter, and forgot to put the little feed-tube from the scoop to the airbox in, but now I have a carb legal intake with EO # for $75. Not too shabby.

Pics later, after I put the tube back in. Thanks MRE#### for the good deal.

(taken with my incredible)

Quickly painted with the OD Krylon to see how it looks. It's been upper 60's/lower 70's here this week, but I'm gonna wait for spring to do a full prep and paint.

Turns out there's a screw on the underside of the bonnet blanket that rubs (and scratches) the top of the box. I'll remove that screw before I repaint.

Albie, you're going to wear out the kid before you know it. You better take it easy on him.

Just in case you didn't know it already, the JCW grill also flows more air then the standard one!

Just finished installed my rebuilt Power steering pump. I feel better about working on this beast. I have been out of working on cars for about 12 years. This was relatively easy. I was amazed.

ScanGaugeII and CF LP frames

I mounted my ScanGaugeII with craven speed flexpod... love it. Currently showing Intake Air temp, Boost, MPG, and Water temp.

And put on my new CF LP frames... adds 10 HP!

Ok so this is only sort of MINI related...
Today I helped my Brother play mech-a-nick on my Mom's Tahoe, he took apart the Dash and needed to repair some of the gauges, I held the Flashlight, I helped clean the Gauge Cluster Panel and the Dash to get it ready to Sell!! I brough my Griot's Garage Water-Resistant Trunk Bag with me, I'm 1200+mi. from Home right now!!

Then...here's where the MINI comes in we used Molly's Garmin ecoRoute HD Connector to calibrate the gauges he just fixed!!

Just a little surprised they suggested an additive. Is it to help with sludge?
