Looks nice but I'm a firm believer that snow is meant to be visited, not lived in.

I washed and dried Archer. Realized the front sway is too high, Alta control arms are already rusting from road salt after 1000 miles, making some rattling noises, and bolts are rusted stuck. Cried a little.

Then parked it in my garage, vacuumed and washed everything in prep for the 16in of snow coming tomorrow. Perfect day to work from home

I took Zoomnis out for a nice drive because he hasn't been out in awhile, and filled up with the best - Shell 93. Then parked to wait for the snow :O

I blacked out the chrome air vent rings with plastidip. All the cupholder rings and shift boot ring are done as well, and the upper door speaker covers. Just need to do the tach and speedo ring and lower speaker covers and I'm done!

I did the same thing for the same reason - 'cept I let a carwash take care of the inside and out. Once it was clean, I finally got my Actual Size decal on the boot window. MINI's always have the best decals.

I agree! For Christmas, my husband got me a MINI decal for my driver's side mirror that says "objects in mirror are losing." It always makes me smile.

Kind of funny actually. I had to get Coop out of the snow to get to work on time today and despite getting the snow off him and getting the snow shoveled around him, the door was stuck and wouldn't open. Neither would the passenger door, neither would the trunk open. I can't be late to work. Working at a dealership means be on time or you obviously don't care about your job. So i'm angry and I start throwing punches at my driver door and body checking it to un-jam it. Hilariously, I land a real strong blow on the door and try it and what do you know, it unlocks.

Gotta give the full story for full-effect. So I get to work and I can't get out. The door re-froze shut. HAHA

I climb out of the window and use the key-in-door trick to close my window behind me. When I get back to my car I find good news and bad news. The good news is my door now opens in it's usual manner. The bad news is that my ferocious attempt to gain entry to Coop had resulted in a few unsightly dingers on my door. Literally like two smaller sized ones and a nice medium size hit.

My fault but I'm not **** about my car's appearance and I work at a dealer so I'll get the dent wizard on it ASAP and get him cleaned up.

Yes, this is what my MINI has endured today...

I'm sticking with snow should be visited not live in. I guess there is a reason I moved to the desert.

I left the NY/NJ area to get out of the snow. It appears to have followed me to the Carolinas.

Just got back from having the oil changed, and made an appointment to have stainless steel brake lines installed.

That's one hell of a driveway!
Nice pic.
Makes me glad to live in FL.
Took Merlin on I95 for a quick Italian tune up.

Yeah! Italian Tune up! I did that today. There was a clown in a Suburban going ten miles an hour below the speed limit, I went to pass him, and he sped up!

I love the exhaust tone when you floor it! He never had a chance!
