gave watson a well deserved detail! inside and out! i tried some new eagle one wax and it worked amazing!!! the pictures dont do it justice... look shinier then when i picked him up!
Just curious, whatcha gonna tow??? How much weight can MINI's tow?? When I think "tow vehicle" I think Tacoma Truck!! Which is what we use to tow our pop-up camper, and my Giggles gets the garage all to herself!
I'm not the person you asked, but I want to get a hitch for mine (and a small trailer) to make trips to Home Depot or Lowe's a little less challenging.... Plus, out here in the frying pan, you see lots of deals on Craig's List for free hot tubs (that you have to go pick up) that I keep missing out on because I don't have a friend with a truck or trailer....
IIRC, the MINI hitch is good for a 1400 lb. trailer with 200 lb. of tongue weight.
Our modding party today didn't go too bad. 3 new RSB's installed (NM & H-Sport), 2 NM SSA's, one WMW diverter valve, one third brake light pulsar and a black top grill surround.
Sounds like a great time! I want to put some more miles on before I add the rear sway bar, so I can get the full effect of the difference. Same goes with most other mods as well.
All I did yesterday was lower my tire pressure. Dealer left the rockflats with 42 psi...I suppose I should have checked earlier.
Tore apart the rear of the car in an attempt to install a trailer hitch. It was a prototype that I got to be one of the guinea pigs for. Unfortunately the hitch didn't quite work and needs a little redesigning but on the bright side I learned how to take apart the rear bumper and rear bumper cover.
Had the exterior detailed and cleaned the interior myself Sunday. Also dropped it off late at my mechanic's facility to have NM cat back and ssk , and EBC Red Stuff brake pads and WMW SS lines installed today and tomorrow.
Banged on my door frantically while toggling the window down switch, hoping the window would roll down, so I wouldn't have to crawl out of my passenger door to take a parking pass at the parking garage while a line of cars waited behind me. =]

Putting on a NM air charge pipe (cold side) right now. It came a day early, WOOT! Changed the blue pipe to flat black and blacking out the logos. Stealth is the word, LoL!

You may want to try just closing the door hard while hitting the toggle switch, works everytime for me when mine sticks
I started to de-blackout all of the stuff I plasti-dipped. I had done all the interior chrome stuff, and it was starting to look really cheap and shitty, so I peeled it off today. It was fun while it lasted! I removed the outer plasti-dip stuff as well: I had all the chrome trim, but it was looking awful. I left the grille slats black and the fog light rings, but everything else is back to chrome.
I just swapped a *Let's Motor* checkered badge on my A panel with a *Power Switch White* badge from Original Wraps. Haven't decided if I want to do both sides or not.
Wonder why Original Wraps didn't call it *White Power Switch*?
