I didn't get the OPEC reference I guess. Now I know it means the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, I get that he's telling them to F off.

Canada, but we are still dependent on OPEC, and what they do affects oil prices. Last I heard, Canada doesn't fund terrorist groups.

I just saw this thread and see that it is about my license plate. Here's a picture if anyone's interested. I see people taking pictures of it with their cell phones while they are driving behind me all the time
