Part of me doesn't mind it. Have to see a 3/4 shot. I'd do a roofrack first lol

That's what I've been wanting to do for a spare for my MINI.

I've got the Sport Link hitch to install yet. Just waiting to scrape together the cash to buy the continental tire kit.

I actually don't think it looks that bad. If he's happy who are we to say nay!

haha I thought about that after my bf got his FJ cruiser, but what about the weight when opening the hatch? Wouldn't it need to open sideways? I dont think i like the look of it anyway for everyday driving, but it would be good for a road trip.

It lays down backwards. Check out this link to Mini Fini's web page.

It still looks like its in the way though. Intriguing, but I don't think I like it.

Wow some folks really pissed about "compenstating" sticker, like if it was a low blow or something, it must strike a chord. Yes run flats do suck nads. This guy presents a very good idea for far travels, I see it mounts on "bottom" to hitch, so its easily removable. And does not create perm. holes on body. AAA card, cell phone and flat fix kit is a must.

That would solve the problem of getting burned on the MCS tail pipes. Wouldn't need to do the recall mod.
