Wonder how well the GMC Terrain holds up on the corners of the Dragon or the track?

 

I think GM needs to say “The all new GMC Terrain now with the cheapest interior we could make!”

 

Sad that GM can't advertise their cars, but instead have to attack other cars. Don't their cars sell themselves?

Can't see it from work, but I assume the video is the one comparing the mileage of a MINI with the Terrain? If so, I noted they compared a MCS (with the worst mpg of all the models) with the base Terrain with the smallest engine GMC offers (with the best mpg of all the model/trim levels offered).

 

Now you can get a gutless, cumbersome SUV that gets the same mileage as a high performance turbocharged MINI Cooper S.

 

haters, they're just jealous so have to attack the best to make themselves seem better.

 

I think they are targeting the stay at home type soccer moms that typically their hubby's would buy them a GMC Suburban or Ford Excursion to fit all 2.5 kids, but also believe fuel efficient cars are a good thing and may be considering one. Not really stealing from MINI customer base, since this demo would NOT end up buying the MINI cause hubby's would veto cause its "too small" or "not safe" but really they feel like its too expensive for such a little car.

 

Hmm, my wife fits that description except she doesn't really care about fuel efficiency or think its a good thing. Maybe that's why she'd rather have a Volvo or Mercedes SUV.
