That's assuming there's a refund.

EDIT: No refund again this year. No AMVIV.

You should be paying the gov, not getting a refund. If they are giving you money back, you've been giving them an interest-free loan for the past year! You could have put that money into a savings account and made interest on it.

Well we pay a lot of taxes here in DC - plus I itemize - so I've got the offsetting credit for interest and property taxes. It works out. Just filed them tonight - approx $8,000 back from DC and Feds combined. Obviously I'm not spending that much on the wheels, tires and JCW kit.. :-)

Well I'm thinking if Gintani shows up at AMVIV with their Charge After Cooler System in Red (hint, hint) I might just have to have one. I've coveted one ever since I'd laid eyes on one. I don't know can one use the word one too many times in a post. I'm a doof.....

I'm gonna go easy and just do a cat-back, and get my Enkei RS5s installed.
The rest goes in my ING savings

I think I'm gonna have to mod my credit card bill with this year's refund. I have to behave now, 'cos I spent waaaaay too much on goodies for the bike last year.

i get not one but 2 years of refunds....i was in iraq from aug 06 to aug 07 so thats 2 years straight where they are partially tax free...and i reenlisted over in iraq back in july so my reenlistment bonus was tax free too!
not sure on mods but i need a new laptop so that will probably happen first

plus amviv is coming up so gonna put some money aside for that too!

actually if i think about it....2004-2007 i never paid a full years worth of taxes....04-05 i was in bahrain and 06-07 i was in iraq...lol
