I received my first order from motoringbades a week after I placed it. I got part of my order from miniswag, but have yet to receive the rest of it. I placed another order from motoringbadges a week ago, but have not gotten that one yet. I hope it comes soon.

Haven't seen anything yet and haven't heard one word out of Jeff. I only have 2 weeks left before I'm forced to dispute the charges with the credit card company (it's been 2 -1/2 months) so I really hope he comes through.

Heck hath frozen over....

Well it's going to be a cold winter.

I thought I'd receive my badge from miniswag when Heck froze over. Well I did & it has. Yesterday I received the badge that I ordered on June 21. I kid you not. Wow what service. There was a sticker that I didn't order included, along with a coupon for a free badge with my next order. Yep like that's ever gonna happen. To top things off the quality of the badge is not up to my fine discriminating standards. The Badges from Kewl Auto art must have me spoiled.

I ordered through Motoring Badges two weeks ago. I'm not too worried yet because it says to allow 10 days, BUT I did email Todd twice and have not received a response yet.

I'm placing my next order with Kewl Auto Art

Well, maybe he's catching up with the orders. I'm still waiting on my badge ordered early October. I got my first order from todd within a week of ordering, so I made another order from him of the same badge that I ordered from miniswag. I figured it would come in the same time, not the case. Been over a week now. I was about to order the same badge (RAF Roundel) from Moss Mini to see if between the 3 I could get a badge sometime before the holidays. I'll wait until Monday to see if something comes in the mail tomorrow.

Yep maybe he is catching up. By my calculations you should have that order in another 4 months.

Yeah, I hope not. It's funny because the RAF Roundel was the badge I really wanted, but it just won't seem to arrive.

Placed an order Sept 30 with Miniswag and I got the grille badge holder immediately, but I'm still waiting on the badges. I finally sent them an email this morning. Sigh. I feel deceived because their website says that these items ship in 2-3 days. I think they need to change that to 2-3 months. If it gets close to 90 days I will have to dispute with the CC company.

On a more positive note: I ordered a grille badge from American Mini Mates and got it very quickly. I wish they had more designs.

I had a good experience with motoring badges. It's a great product and came quickly. They keep promising new designs on White Roof Radio so I'm looking forward to that.

I order a custom job from miniswag many months ago and I'm still waiting for it. He was very helpful and responsive in the design process, but not so much at this point.

Todd emailed me yesterday and said that my order was shipped out last week and there was just a bit of delay on the silver badges (which both of mine were), and that I should be receiving them very soon.

I'll keep you posted

I ordered September 1st and I'm still waiting. Todd is a good guy. If you email him it'll take some time for him to respond though. He doesn't check them often... If you need them quickly you can tell him when you need them and he'll get them to you faster.

Action

I ordered a badge and holder weeks ago. I received the holder but not the badge.
As MINISwag is neither returning my phone calls nor my emails, I have taken these steps:
I have disputed the charge with Amex.
I have filed complaints with the Attorney General's office and the State Department of Consumer Affairs, and as this transaction involves interstate trade I have filed a complaint with the FTC.
I recommend that no one does business with these people.

Motoring badges isn't that bad it's Mini Swag that needs something done.

After 5 months I got my small order. IMO I don't think he's dishonest.

I do think he is a very poor business man. No way to run a railroad. Or a badge business.

I've placed a few orders from MotoringBadges over the last couple of years and have never, ever been disappointed.

Are you serious?! He better send my ***** too! I've been waiting two damn months. I'm tired of waiting for something I've already paid for and he's already got the damn box for it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist or two months to make grill badges!

Yeah i know that's my point. They can make a CAR but not a magnet in less than 2 months.

Got mine from Motoring Badges today...just over two weeks and they look GREAT. So, anything that I said that was remotely negative, I take back. VERY happy with the quality of the badges.
