I have our situation under control now and will go into a more complete explanation over the weekend.

• All non-shipped badge orders are shipping this week.
• Custom Badges are a bit behind them or are on schedule.
• Custom eyes are going out early next week.
• Custom Exterior Eyes are about 7 days away, if you have not already rec'd a shipping notice or if I am waiting for art confirmation.
• Custom Build your own Shirts are somewhat delayed but all art will be printed on outstanding orders by Friday.
• Grille Badge Design Contest Prizes are in line to be printed within the week.

Seems like "too many customs" is my issue here as well as other things. I'll be adjusting that.

Today was a good badge day. I just received my badges from motoringbadges.com. They are very nice and high quality.

I also received an email from miniswag saying my order shipped today. So far so good. I ordered only a week ago.

 

Ok, so not exactly specific topic related.. but Badge related...

I am looking for a place that I got a printed badge like the ones in sigs... "electric blue owners club" I can't seem to remember where I got it, and well it got damaged by a glass place, that is paying to replace it.

Got half of my order from Miniswag. I received my grill badge holder, but did not receive the actual badge that I ordered. I sent an email asking about it, so we'll see what happens.

 

Same thing happened to me. I've been waiting a month for my stuff and I still haven't got it yet.

 

Yeah same here. I ordered a badge holder and badge from Miniswag. The badge holder alone took about a month to arrive, but still no badge. Since they charged me, I emailed them twice about the status but they havent emailed me back.

Motoringbadges on the otherhand mailed me my badge within a week. Another positive is that they didnt charge my credit card until they shipped the item out, the way it should be.

 

That makes me want to go buy from them now. LOL. And Todd lives in my area and I see him at all the Mini Meetings. I can bug him about them.

 

I still haven't gotten my badges yet... no emails, nada.

 

Well, the week came and went and I still received NO notification that my badges have shipped. I also did NOT receive any individual email by Sunday PM.

Ordered and charged to my credit card over 2 months ago.

MiniSwag website still shows order as shipped (has since 9/11).

I still have NO badges.

I asked if a review or feedback system could be implemented on NAM, so that we could leave feedback on the various vendors we deal with. I was pleasantly suprised that this feature already existed. There is a review box at the top of each screen (just under the NAM logo). Once you click on the box, you will be taken to a place where you can select "Vendors', and then select the vendor that you would like to leave feedback on. This is a great feature that will allow us to praise fantasic service/products or provide feedback on those that are not so stellar. Please use this carefully.

Yea, I finally got an email from them yesterday. They pretty much didn't answer my question about how long it's going to take to ship two badges, but they asked for donations for his rescue thing. Mind you, I donate money every year to animal rescue groups because that's my thing and I'm a monthly ASPCA supporter, so I have no issue with the concept of what he's doing (in fact I applaud it) but I thought it was tacky asking for more money when I've been waiting for two flimsy magnets for almost 2 months and until now I wasn't able to get a response.

 

At least you got an email. I've received nothing and he's had my order and my money for OVER 2 months!

I saw that Jeff replied to this thread, but that some of the orders have still not been completed.

Vendors really need to take note of threads like this, because it has single-handedly made me decide to wait on placing an order that would have been about $100 with MiniSwag until after I see some positive responses from some of the people waiting on there badges.

I'd order from Kewl Auto Art, but I don't see any that I like as much as the ones on Motoring Badges and MiniSwag.

I did order from Motoring Badges a couple of weeks ago, so I'm hoping to get those pretty soon... I did send him an email with a question last night that I haven't received a response to yet, though.

 

Anyone get their stuff yet? I'm still waiting for mine.
