Wow. I wish I'd read this forum before I purchased. Here's my saga:
Nov 26 – Original inquiry about custom “eyes”
Nov 27 – Immediate, helpful response, agreed to make, put up helpful payment link;Said, “Either would take 10-14 days to ship. Usually less, but we need that cushion”
Nov 29 – Paid – Exchanged emails, said I was in no rush
Jan 2 - Email for status – immediate response, “should be done this week”
Jan 18 - Email for status – no response
Feb 1 – Email for status – no response
Feb 8 - Email for status – no response
My emails all sent to Jeff directly and to service.motorswag@gmail.com.
Not sure exactly what to do now. Any suggestions? Is there anyone else there to write to?

None of your emails contain your order number or your shipping information, so it is difficult to reply to you efficiently. In your phone message today, you did not even leave your name . I have been able to find your order and the order number is [SIZE=-1][SIZE=-1][SIZE=-1][SIZE=-1]3712. You were sent an order confirmation with this information, but I understand that emails sometimes don't get through or get lost. Please refer to your order number 3721 in any future correspondence.
Your order was placed on January 24, or about 3 weeks ago. Normally we ship badges that are in stock within 2-3 business days. We have been out of the badge your ordered and had to switch printing methods due to our printer retiring a piece of equipment. Normally, out of stock badges are shipped in about 2 weeks and though we would like to be in touch with every customer on every order, that is not always possible with the volume of badge designs I have as well as the volume of email I receive with general questions, requests and order inquiries that bear an order number.
I apologize for any inconvenience the late shipment may have caused you. The badge in question is completed and is en route to my shipping facility. It will be in stock this week and will ship by Tuesday at the latest.

Your last of 5 badges will ship this week as well. Each time I make an order with my printer, things seem to get lost in translation and in your case, Pepper White turned out every shade of green and other colors , but not Pepper White..several times. In all honesty, your order fell through the cracks when the last PW inventory came through here. My attempt at hiring a customer service rep to sort all of this out in November did not go so well as my product line and the order screw-up of 2007 seemed to be too much for anyone to puzzle out. I begrudgingly accept your award
and am doing my best to pass it quickly on to the next deserving candidate.I have just made a huge investment in re-stocking all badges and eyes so that "out of stock" will not be such an issue in the future and have implemented some real time inventory features in the store that warn me when one of the 200+ SKUs is reaching a low level. Additionally , I have a new printer who has been honoring his one-week turnaround commitment rather than me having to wait a month from the former printer to find out that he will not or cannot complete an order. It has been six (6!) months and I'm still waiting for my badge. I think I've been promised about 5 times that "the product will ship right away" or something to that extent. I recently sent another email because it has hit the half year mark but now I'm getting no response. The problem I have is, its already bad enough that you can't send someone a single freakin' badge over the course of 6 months, but you have to lie and mislead over emails and more often don't answer emails at all. I realize that it is only a single badge, but these guys charge you before the product ships and I am not going to get ripped off.

This is my first posting though something negative I am addressing, i do hope it will send some relief to you guys who have placed order with motorswag.
I ordered a badge holder and 2 badges last august. The package finally arrived first week of this month (March). Its almost 7 months. Not sure if its due to international shipment. So if its delivery within States, i guess it shd be anything less than 7 months. At least it arrived.

Just as a photon of hope to those still waiting, I want everyone to know that I finally got my last badge from Miniswag a couple of weeks age. I want to stress that it was be my LAST purchase of any kind from Miniswag. There are plenty of other folks selling badges out there that actually ship in the same calendar year that you order them, so I encourage everyone to give them your business.
Has anyone heard from Jeff since February? I've got an order issue (like many others) and the last time I heard from him was the end of February. No responses from him since then. It's been over eight months and I was really hoping to have them before MOTD, but I've given up hope of that happening. What's aggravating is the last email I had from him (Feb 24) he said he had my items and would ship them in the coming week. That was almost 2 months ago.

Well, let me present what I'm talking about in a photo. This is a picture of badge I haven't put on my car yet. The image used on the badge is really nice. However, as you can see, the rough edges of the magnetic material are sticking out from underneath what seems to be a sticker, what you are calling printed vinyl. To the lower left you can see that the circle cut is pretty rough and the end point of the cut does not match the starting point. So, the circle cut for the magnetic material is slightly bigger than the printed vinyl. All but one of the 7 badges I received are like that. And the two badges I ordered immediate after receiving my others, has only just now generated a tracking number that isn't showing shipping info at usps.com. Fool me twice, indeed.

Sent three emails.. no response.. I ordered them 20 March.. got the ups confirmation a week later.. at the top of it.. it says the order has shipped, when i click the link..

I recently ordered two sets of MINI eyes and one US129 grill badge. The order arrived very quickly and the MINI eyes are great, but the grill badge looks like it was cut out by a third grader using dull scissors. I want a replacement badge and I have sent email and PMs without a response.
