Crank with no start, has spark!

I have a 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman JCW.
The car was running great. This is not my daily driver so I run it about once a week. Everything was running great.
I parked the car for a week and then tried to go for a drive and it cranks but no start.
I checked the low pressure fuel pump under the back seat with a power probe and it sounds like it's running when I put power to it.
The HPFP was replaced a couple years ago and really never had a problem with that ever since the replacement.
I have spark at the plug.
I checked the fuel relay in the passenger side fuse box with the power probe and it clicks.
I'm looking for any other ideas to get this thing going.
Thanks in advance!

Does it easily crank without a battery tender? Or did it struggle to crank over?
If struggling, the battery voltage affects the engine greatly.

You'll want to verify the HPFP is properly working.
Are the spark plugs wet after cranking?

It does crank easily. I put in a new battery recently.
I believe I have a fuel issue.
Whats the best way to determine this?

Hey man I had a fuel pump issue on my 09 r56. After doing some test I found that the fuse box behind kick panel on passengers side had a broken circuit internally so I basically would have to replace the fuse box, instead of buying a new fuse box I just ran a wire straight from my battery and spliced it into my fp power feed wire with a toggle switch, I eventually plane on having the fuse box replaced but this has gotten me around without issues, idk if it causes voltage issues with the electrical load detectors (if applicable) as my car definatly needs some maintenance such as timing chain, valve stem seals and walnut blasting.but every now and then I'll get an erratic idle. I'm not sure if these pumps are on constantly while engine is running or intermitten but I haven't got any CEL nor did I get a CEL when the fuel pump circuit in the fuse box was broken. But according to my bently publishers mini service manuel the pumps are ran constantly the entire time the engine is running so I'm assuming it should be okay (unless this manuel is bogus) as long as you don't forget to turn it off when you shut down the engine. Hope this helps.

Ya, I'm not sure about bypassing the fuse with a toggle switch. Knowing me I'd forget to turn it off.
I was wondering if I could spray some carb cleaner near the intake to see if it's actually a fuel problem. I do have spark.
Where could I spray some carb cleaner in to see if the car will at least start for a second or 2 to rule that out?

If you bypass the circuit with a wire from the battery to the fuel pump you will know if it's the circuit that's faulty I'm not saying you gotta drive around but you can also check this way. For me I just put a toggle switch just to get by without having to buy a new fuse box right now.

That's a great idea but I believe the pump is working. I can hear the pump prime when the door is opened which I think means that the signal is getting to the pump under the back seat.
The HPFP was changed prolly 6 years ago and have never had any problems since. And its always started right up with no signs of HPFP failure.
I need to check the fuel rail pressure but not real sure how to do that just yet.

if it's priming when you open the door I guess the circuit is good, might be a weak fuel pump issue maybe.
