I hope to get a JCW hardtop, with British Racing Green II body color, and Chili Red top & mirrors.

Good choice, I have just ordered this color combo my self. Inside I have chosen the red leather on the dash.

 

Personally I think it is a little too Christmas. I think it would look better with white top/mirrors or all BRG.

 

I think it looks sharp. I think you'll find it to be a pretty rare color combo. Even rarer than my EG/CR. Perhaps the only combo that might be as rare would be the PW/CR combo. It was a close second for me but my wife kept calling it the Christmas tree look. Plus my previous MCS was DS so I'm kinda of partial to dark silver type colors.

I think it'll be sharp. I can't wait to see some real-world photos. The configurator's representation of these colors is pretty poor if you ask me.

 

I'm still not a fan of the red roofs, and I seem to be the only one that doesn't like it. To me, the only color that looks okay with a red roof is eclipse grey.

 

Very interesting combo, that's for sure. I'd love to see one like that to see how it looks, but you're braver than I am to buy one without ever seeing how it looks. That will be a rare combination, for sure!

 

I wouldn't kick it out from under MY Christmas Tree !

I like the classic look with a white top/mirrors better myself.

 

Not a fan of the red top at all. But its a personal choice and If you like it then you like it. I have the redwood lounge leather in my dark silver and some like it while others don't.

 

Don't like the red top. I prefer black top and wheels. Too many white tops with BRG.

 

I say if you like it, go for it. It's a sick car and it'll stick out either way.

 

Someone on the forum has this combo and posted pics a few months ago. I'm being too lazy at the moment to search it for you, sorry, but I can say that it looks a little different than the configurator rendering.

I say go for whatever combo you wish. Everyone has their own favorites, so asking for opinions will not provide you with anything useful.

 

Is this what you're looking for in color combo? On a clear and sunny day it looks sharp. Hell, it looks sharp period.

I think it's a little much, I'd do it without the stripes with that color combo.

And no NAV?!

 

I agree with the minority here, and dont like the red roof, especially with BRG, but that's just my opinion. The way it was optioned on in the photos looks like it'd be one very expensive MINI with the wheels, stripes and JCW spoiler.

Personally, I like the BRGII w/ black roof. Looks sportier to me. The red will certainly stand out.
