How much did you pay for your 2011 JCW

I hope this thread doesn't exist in some capacity already, but I just wanted to get an idea of the general price paid for a 2011 JCW OTD after taxes, fee's, and options. If you can list your OTD price, options chosen, and where you bought it from , I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank You all that that chose to participate.

My Lil Guy listed for $34,450 with options. My dealer paid for the Xenon Adaptive headlights, then I got them to take $1250 off then beings as there was a rebate of $1,000 from Mini, I got that off too. They figured the price with the $600 off for the headlights as well as the $1250 from them off for tax and license fees. Hope this helps. Yes, I felt that I got a deal.

My msrp is $37,700 with several options and they we agreed on $35,439. I can't include taxes/tag because in oklahoma we don't pay those at the dealership. I can tell you that my tax/tag rate on the car will only be 1.5%.

They use to tell you it was the dollar. Now yours is worth more and you are still paying high prices. Paint is the way in Canada. Gal. of Behr Paint US $22
Canada $36. You are getting hosed. Same product. When it was 1.42 to the dollar I could understand it better.

There are numerous threads around NAM about what people are paying for 2011 MINI's, JCW's are usually included in any standing MINI incentives so no real difference. It's pretty much accepted that Invoice is about 10% less than MSRP, i.e. $27K on a $30K car, so work up from there. You can find invoice/MSRP pricing at Edmunds.com or other sources. Always check the MINIUSA.com site to see if there's any incentives like "free" package discounts or cheap financing. I got 0.9% financing back in November when I got mine, (practically) free money!

That is absolute BS! If I were in your shoes I would look real hard about heading south for a new car. They cannot blame the exchange rate.

Well, when I think about it I have an idea why, but this forum, and thread in particular, is not the place to discuss it.

Either way, I hope you enjoy the hell out of your ride!

Great information, although I knew about Edmunds and incentives by Mini but I was still curious and wanted to get some information about how much some people actually paid. About the other threads my apologies I didn't check all of NAM I checked the threads related to GEN II JCW and didn't see an official thread.

I got what I think was a great deal for a custom 2012 JCW order over here in Canada. I'm really happy with the price and I'm sure the dealership still made a profit.

I'm still annoyed with the US-Canadian price differences. We have more standard options and we didn't get a 2012 price increase (plus standard JCW Aero), but still the prices are way off.
