Remove bumper on a 2019 F60 SE ALL4

I am trying to get the rear bumper off of my F60 to install a trailer hitch for a bike rack. The instructions by the hitch supplier are a little intimidating wrt getting the bumper off. Aftyer you remove the screws, the instruction mention that the bumper is is held in place on both side of the vehicle by 3 clipsand that you need to pull HARD to get the clips to release. I hope to do this install next weekend but this is a case where a video would be very useful to confirm exactly where to pull and what direction to pull in. I did a search but did not find anything useful.
HAs anyone have any tips or video.
Thank you
Ian

I'm able to access no problem. Keep trying. Can't be closed if I can enter the site.

Do you have a login? Are you using a VPN? Where are you located? This is what I see when I click either link (see attached screenshot)

I didnt think to take any pictures but it wasnt very difficult. The only question that came up was how much of the heat shield to reim off. I wned up getting a quick release pin so i could remove the hitch easily

Excellent!! Thanks for replying!

Do you have pics of the finished install? Maybe a manufacturer name and/or part number for the hitch you used?

My coop is in the shop so cant get you a picture. If youvtake care cutting the hole in the bumper it looks really clean. They include a rubber plug for when the hitch is off the car.

You have to pay for the TIS now. BMW shut that free site down.
