Rear Bumper F60 how to remove steps

Hi, Is there any step wise method of removing the rear bumper on my MINI COUNTRYMAN F60?.
I want to install the Foot Kick sensor for tail gate & BSD system inside it.
Please share any links regarding.Thanks.
