Good luck man. I get that you really dig the car, i've had mine for two weeks and love it. Not to beat a dead horse (you sound like you've already got your plan of action) but its literally illegal for a dealership to sell you car in Massachusetts that won't pass state inspection unless its been sold as a salvage. Side note, I really dig the wheels.

So should I try and get it re-inspected because they got me the sticker first day. Didn't even pay the 29 for it . I believe it's 35 now .

with everything that's wrong with it, I'm surprised it passed anything. Mass Dot will reject a car that's had a CEL within 100 miles, and anything like what you're saying, should have triggered several CELs. this includes what's stored and actually displayed. I'd get it re-inspected, or request the inspection sheet. check the vin numbers against what you're given. also, the barcode on the sticker itself will give you a readout of the car inspected. bring it to your trusted garage and have them scan that inspection sticker. if the dealership is as sketchy as it seems, it probably didn't legally pass. That's actually a criminal violation of falsifying documentation. And your lemon law documents should be with your sales packet. That's another piece of consumer protection that is required -by mass state law- to be included with your purchase contract. All in all man, it sounds like you've got a pretty good case in getting the sale nullified. I'd contact a lawyer ASAP, present them with stuff and move forward.
